Fayetteville Marketplace to open in an historic downtown building
FAYETTEVILLE, WV (WVNS) -- A new community space will be opening in the downtown area of Fayetteville. According to a press release, the Fayetteville Marketplace will hold a grand opening ceremony at its location in the former Ben Franklin building on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The event is free to attend. The marketplace is located at 115 W Maple Avenue, taking over the space of the local landmark with something viewed as a benefit to the city.
