Police say Orozco began chasing the victim and during the pursuit, Orozco called his sons, Jose Orozco, 28, and Cristian Orozco, 21 for “help.” They all then reached the 5900 block of Doniphan when Jose and Cristian allegedly positioned their vehicle in front of Fino’s car, blocking him in, according to police.

Raul then allegedly blocked Fino’s car from behind which led to a verbal confrontation that turned physical between the brothers, the victim and his male passenger.

During the fight, Jose allegedly shot Fino and all three fled the scene and contacted the police from a different address, according to police.

The male passenger who was with Fino, attempted to get him medical attention by driving away on Doniphan but he then stopped and flagged down a police unit. Police say Fino had a total of three passengers in his vehicle.

Police say Raul, Cristian, and Jose Orozco were arrested, charged with murder, and taken to the El Paso County Detention Facility.
