Preliminary Hearing For State Rep. Postponed To June

A preliminary hearing for a state representative facing a felony charge is being postponed again.

Republican Representative Ryan Martinez was arrested in October outside an Edmond bar for being intoxicated inside his parked car.

The hearing was originally supposed to take place last month.

Now, an Oklahoma County court judge will hear the case on June 1st.
