EDGEWOOD, MD—One person was seriously injured in an overnight crash on Route 7.

At around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, units responded to a crash with rescue on Philadelphia Road just north of Mountain Road.

One person was extricated from their vehicle and flown to Shock Trauma.

There has been no update on their condition.
