Second person involved in mall shooting incident
Paducah, KY. (KBSI) – A second man has been arrested in relation to a shot fire incident that took place at Kentucky Oaks Mall. Dontrel Muhammad, 28, of Paducah, was arrested by the Paducah Police Department on a warrant charging him with second-degree attempted assault after he struck a women with a bat outside of the mall entrance during an altercation.
