The Madisonville Police Department has charged a Drakesboro man with first-degree rape.
According to a Madisonville police report, officers were contact on Wednesday in reference to a sexual abuse allegation against 34-year-old Michael Duvall of Drakesboro involving a juvenile.
During the investigation, Duvall allegedly admitted to at least three different incidents where he engaged in sexual intercourse with the juvenile victim. He was arrested and charged with three counts of first-degree rape.
