Pride flags stolen from Bucks County candy shop two nights in a row
Pride flags were ripped from a business in Bucks County at least twice - and both moments were captured on surveillance footage.
BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. - Pride flags were ripped from a business in Bucks County at least twice - and both moments were captured on surveillance footage.
Police say a flag was stolen from a Evolution Candy Shop on East State Street in Doylestown overnight on June 3, then again on June 4.
Video shows the suspect reaching up, ripping the flags from the business, and walking away flag-in-hand both times.
"It’s just significant to the people that come here it’s symbolic we accept everybody and anyone is welcome here," Owner Tracy Lamb said.

Police have yet to say if they believe it is the same suspect, or provide a description.
"We are very cognizant as a department of what is going on in society and with the LGBTQ+A community that is within Doylestown borough," Captain Robert Milligan said. "At this point we don’t know the motive"
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
"It’s really despicable that someone would take a pride flag down, either as mischief or targeted hate," Marlene Pray, a patron, told FOX 29.
