Dover, Tenn.–On Thursday night June 1, nine inmates graduated from the Life Skills Program offered to inmates at the Stewart County Jail. This is the 12th class to graduate since its beginning 4 1/2 years ago.
Sheriff Frankie Gray said as always, Brother Phil Dunn and Betsy Dunn did a great job putting on the class. “Thank you to them and Bumpus Mills Church of Christ for providing the graduates a meal. Also would like to thank Commissioner Melissa Fields for coming and speaking to the graduates.”
Sheriff Gray praised the inmates for putting the effort in to complete the course. The Stewart County Sheriff’s Office continues to do its best to help the inmates succeed once they are released.
