This is the THIRD incident involving this sick SOB!! The other 2 were just swept under the rug yrs ago. His bond should not even be set much less for $450,000??? All the kids involved in his yrs of abuse, which now includes his very own daughter, have to live with the trauma & that bond is like a slap in the face. Those innocent babies are scarred for the rest of their lives & personally I think they should allow the parents of the victims free rein to torture him in much worse ways & then let the rest of the public have him. He won’t make it past the first hour. Just sickening. I pray others in jail take care of him & he never sees the courtroom
