    2024 Parade Co-Grand Marshals

This year’s Old Timers Day is celebrating and honoring three family-owned businesses in Downtown Dickson that have served as the longest-running pillars of a thriving downtown community. The 2024 Old Timers Day Co-Grand Marshals are Fussell’s Shop For Men & Boys, Hodges Jewelers, and Ragan’s Friendly Neighbor Store!

The 2024 parade theme is “Heart of Dickson” and it was chosen to honor the role these three businesses and the families behind them have played in the history of Dickson County.

    About Old Timers Day Festival

Since 1958, Dickson County has been celebrating all things Old Timers with live music, local vendors and a parade.

Old Timers Day was established to honor “Old Timers” within the community. The festival remains to be one of the few “old time” festivals not only in Tennessee, but throughout the entire Southeast region. For the wonderful 65th celebration, the City of Dickson and Dickson County Chamber are partnering to provide a series of musical events, kids’ corner and so much more! The parade will be filled with floats, horse drawn wagons, and much more for your enjoyment.
