JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – North Dakota’s highways have been super busy sanding and clearing ice from roadways in the region.

Only a couple travel advisories remain in place with a majority of the federal and state highway open once again to the motoring public in North Dakota following a 48 hour ice storm.

Thousands of rural residents and a few business had their power knocked out due to the storm. Several crashes reported in the region due to icy road conditions in the region.
