Tips wanted in case of Nichole Baker, who disappeared after a car crash November 3rd on Detroit's west side

(WWJ) Authorities are reaching out to the community for tips in the mysterious case of a woman who disappeared after crashing her car in Detroit.

According to Crime Stoppers of Michigan, 30-year-old Nichole Baker was last seen by family and friends on Monday, October 30, 2023.

Her last known whereabouts were on Thursday, November 3, on Detroit's west side, where investigators have learned she was involved in a car crash at the intersection of Livernois and Lyndon.

The vehicle she was driving was not drivable after the crash and was impounded, officials said. She received a citation for the accident, was sent on her way, and no one has heard from her since.

Baker is described as 5'3" tall and weighing 160 to 180 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair. She may or may not have purple highlights in her hair at this time.

As the search for Baker continues, there is a $2,500 reward for information leading police to her location.
