Keanan Stoner, the CEO of Two Parts, which owns and operates the UMS festival in collaboration with Youth On Record, told FOX31 that there will be new features for fans to check out at this year’s showcase, though details are limited.
Here’s what FOX31 has confirmed so far.
2024 Underground Music Showcase lineup
Stoner said this year’s showcase will feature more than 200 bands with performances at over a dozen different venues.
As per usual, the main stage will be in the Goodwill parking lot, located at 21 S. Broadway.
More information coming soon
Stoner said limited information is ready for the public right now, but more information will be available in the coming weeks.
Stoner said fans can expect something new this year.
“There’s a new experience that will be happening in collaboration with Sportique Scooters,” Stoner said. Further details about the new experience are not ready for the public just yet, but he said this is one thing he is particularly looking forward to for this year.
A Spotify playlist with music from the bands performing this year is expected to be released sometime next week.
The exact venues where shows will be held will likely be announced within the next couple of weeks.
While the lineup has been announced, show times and venues are still being finalized. Stoner said fans can expect set times and a full schedule toward the beginning of June.
