DOVER — After ten years of serving as the president of Delaware’s only community college, Dr. Mark Brainard has announced that he will leave the top job in 2027. Brainard has served as Delaware Technical Community College (DTCC)’s fifth president for a decade at this point, succeeding Orlando “Lonnie” George. Delaware secures $38.8M to combat opioid crisis
U.S. Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons and Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester (all D-Del.) announced that Delaware’s Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health will receive $38.8 million in new funding to help combat the opioid crisis.
