The Kern County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man found dead on May 17 in Delano as 26-year-old Juan Luis Cantu.

According to the report, on May 17, 2023, at around 8:45 p.m., Cantu was found dead after being shot in the 10800 block of Casey Avenue.
