Gunman wanted for shooting 2 kids arrested

Police say a gunman who shot two children in DeKalb County is behind bars. Deonte Daugherty was charged with cruelty and assault Monday night. Police say around 1 a.m. on March 30, he fired several rounds into a home on Bouldercrest Road. Just days later on April 9, more bullets were shot into the home. Officers found Daugherty at a nearby apartment complex.
