Deale Driver Killed In Exit Ramp Crash May Have Had Medical Emergency, Police Say

Howard County Police have identified the Deale man killed in a single-vehicle crash over the weekend.

Victor Michael Collier, 44, was pronounced dead at the Howard County General Hospital after crashing off of an exit ramp off Route 100 on Sunday, March 26, according to Howard County police.

Emergency crews were called to the scene around 7:30 a.m. after it was reported that Collier had run off the roadway and struck several trees near the exit ramp to Route 104.

Two children inside the vehicle were not harmed.

Police are investigating this crash and believe it is possible that the driver had a medical emergency prior to the collision.
