Man found shot multiple times in Anne Arundel County, police investigating

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — The Anne Arundel County Police Department (ACPD) said detectives are investigating after a man was found shot multiple times in the Severn area late Sunday night.

Details remain limited; however, in a post on X around 9 p.m., police said officers were on the scene of a shooting in the 8200 block of Marlton Court.

Upon arrival, officers found a man who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Anne Arundel County police officers and emergency responders began treating him, but he died at the scene.

Homicide detectives are working to learn what led to the shooting.
