Man dies after shooting, PGPD investigating

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) said it is investigating after a man was shot and killed on Saturday afternoon.

According to PGPD, shortly after 4 p.m., officers responded to the 9200 block of New Hampshire Ave. for a shooting.

Once on the scene, officers found a man in a wooded area with gunshot wounds.

He died at the scene.

Detectives are working to establish any suspects and a motive in the case.
