AUSTIN, Texas (KVII) — The high school sports season for the 2023-24 school year ended Wednesday as the Canyon High School baseball team had its hopes of a state championship dashed in the UIL 4A state semi-finals. Canyon lost 3-1 to Texarkana Liberty-Eylau, finishing a fantastic season at 30-9-1.
