The Texas Department of Public Safety has added Leonard Lamar Neal of Dallas to its 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Neal is wanted in connection with the kidnapping of two kids in Dallas earlier this month.

A 7-year-old girl and 9-year-old boy were abducted in south Dallas on June 11th. Police have named Neal as the suspect in the case. The two kids were later found but Neal has not been located. He's wanted on kidnapping and several other charges. He also has an arrest history that includes charges of aggravated assault and aggravated robbery.

The Texas Department of Public Safety says Neal is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has tattoos on his neck, ear and arm. The bulletin from the DPS advises that he should be considered armed and dangerous.

There's a reward of $10,000 for information that leads to his arrest. Anyone with information can call the state-wide Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-252-TIPS (8477). People can also submit tips on-line through the DPS website or Facebook page.
