Report of possible burglary leads to Muncie man's arrest on felony gun charge
MUNCIE, Ind. — A report of a break-in at an eastside mobile home resulted in a gun-related felony charge against a Muncie man. Sonny J. Kennedy Sr., 49, was charged last week in Delaware Circuit Court 2 with unlawful possession of a firearm, a Level 4 felony carrying up to 12 years in prison.

This cosmic bubble is huge. Cataloged as Sharpless 2-308 it lies some 5,000 light-years away toward the well-trained constellation Canis Major and covers slightly more of the sky than a Full Moon. That corresponds to a diameter of 60 light-years at its estimated distance. The massive star that created the bubble, a Wolf-Rayet star, is the bright one near the center of the nebula. Wolf-Rayet stars have over 20 times the mass of the Sun and are thought to be in a brief, pre-supernova phase of massive star evolution.

ELKHART — Cygnus Home Service will lay off 27 workers in Elkhart and Muncie. The company, doing business as Yelloh, notified the Indiana Department of Workforce Development of the firings in a notice Monday. 2 teens injured after shooting at Anderson home
ANDERSON, Ind. — Two teenagers were shot during an incident early Tuesday morning in Anderson, according to the Anderson Police Department. At around 2:31 a.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to the 1900 block of W 18th Street in regards to a shooting. When officers arrived, they located two teens, one identified as a 19-year-old woman and the other identified as a 16-year-old man, had been shot.
