Duh, it's not like it does this every freaking time we get 2 days of rain, and yet the lawmakers and Covid Noem,are still sitting on thier behinds doing nothing at all!!!

The last time that area flooded I was slinging sandbags there with the SD, National Guard and then patrolling the area to keep non residents out and keep an eye out for additional flooding.
