Woman Flown Out Following Serious Rollover Crash In Mechanicsville
MECHANICSVILLE, Md. – A serious single motor vehicle crash occurred on Baptist Church Road near Eaton Thomas Lane on June 4, 2024, around 9:20 p.m. Emergency personnel arrived to find the vehicle overturned in a ditch after hitting a tree. Waldorf House Fire Update: $300,000 In Damages, Firefighter Released After Heat Exhaustion
WALDORF, Md. – The Office of the State Fire Marshal is investigating a June 5, 2024, house fire in Waldorf that originated in the attic of a Needlefish Court residence. Despite the efforts of 50 firefighters primarily from the Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department, it took approximately 50 minutes to bring the blaze under control. Crews continued to extinguish residual hot spots, with SMECO summoned to secure the power supply.
