There were plenty of opportunties for spectators to get involved in calf scrambles, boot challenges, mutton busting, wagon races and more. Those who wanted a small feel of the thrill bullriders experience battling to stay on for upwards of 8 seconds were able to climb atop a mechanical bull. Staff photos by Faith Huffman.
