Jade Robinson's corpse was disturbingly discovered in pieces across a broad stretch ashore of Lake Michigan. Accused of her murder, Maxwell Anderson, 33, was out with her on the night she disappeared. He is jailed and has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.

Investigators are seeking to uncover the mystery surrounding the young woman's death, but it remains unclear exactly when and where she met her untimely demise. It is believed that the killing occurred in a time frame of seven hours.

These seven hours could hold crucial clues on Robinson's case, and they begin at 9:24pm local time on April 1, when Anderson and Robinson reportedly arrived at Anderson's house after a night out.

The timeframe the investigators are focusing on is believed to conclude at 4:30am on April 2, when Anderson was seen leaving Warnimont Park, the location where Robinson's leg was found by a horrified passerby two days later.

Robinson was reported missing on April 2 by a friend, prompting an investigation into her whereabouts. Surveillance footage from a restaurant revealed that Robinson and Maxwell Anderson were together at the bar on the evening of April 1, establishing a timeline of their last known whereabouts.

Following Robinson's disappearance, authorities searched Anderson's residence and discovered evidence linking him to the case. On April 4, a leg believed to belong to Robinson was discovered by a passerby down a bluff at Warnimont Park, along Lake Michigan in Cudahy.

Anderson was subsequently arrested on April 4, two days after the leg was found, and charged in connection with Robinson's disappearance. Prosecutors provided additional details about the evidence found in Anderson's house during court proceedings on April 22.

He appeared in Milwaukee County court on April 22 to waive his right to a preliminary hearing, during which he pleaded not guilty to all charges leveled against him. The prosecution clarified that blood found in his house did not match Robinson's DNA, indicating it was not directly linked to her.

Despite efforts to determine the exact location of Robinson's death, authorities could not ascertain the precise site. However, they believe it occurred within a time frame spanning from 9:24pm on April 1 to 4:30am on April 2.

Surveillance footage showed Robinson's car departing from Anderson's residence at 12:47 a.m. on April 2, before it was eventually discovered at Warnimont Park.

Then, on Thursday morning following the court proceedings, a torso and an arm believed to belong to Robinson were found along a remote stretch of beach in South Milwaukee, about a quarter of a mile from an apartment complex.

After the court hearing, Anderson was escorted back to jail, where he remains in custody on a $5 million bond. His next scheduled appearance in Milwaukee County Circuit Court is set for May 16.
