A Leitchfield man has been arrested in the theft of a vehicle Tuesday morning. Kendall Payne, 27, was arrested late Wednesday morning in Elizabethtown. He was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center where he’s been charged with receiving stolen property (more than $10,000), giving an officer a false name and no driver’s license.
