(Creston) -- A Creston man faces an assault charge following his arrest early Friday morning.
The Creston Police Department says 41-year-old Timothy Robert Hudek was arrested around 6:35 a.m. for domestic abuse assault -- 2nd offense. Authorities say the arrest occurred at 610 North Cherry Street in Creston.
Hudek was taken to the Union County Jail and held without bond until seen by a judge.
