Joseph Earl Brady II of Crawfordsville passed away at home Wednesday morning, May 24, 2023. He was 63.
Joe was an electrician most of his life. He loved yard sales and was a NASCAR fan. He was very much an outdoors person, he enjoyed camping, hiking, mushroom hunting, squirrel and rabbit hunting, as well as fishing. He was also quite the prankster.
Born Dec. 2, 1959, at Crawfordsville, he was the son of Joseph Earl Brady and Mary Martha Douglas Brady. He graduated from Crawfordsville High School and attended Indiana State. He married Frances Stingley and she survives.
Surviving family includes: wife Frances Brady; five step-children, Brian Troxel, Richard Stingley, Anthony Stingley, Jeremiah Pickett (Brittney) and Ashley Price (Jorge); brother James Brady (Julie); sister Wanda Bell (Kevin); 15 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Joseph Brady; brother Mark Hunt; and sister-in-law Sandy.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, May 27 at Burkhart Funeral Home. A service will be held at 7 p.m.
