The Crawfordsville/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce celebrated the upcoming grand opening of Blue Cactus Tacos and Tequila Bar with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
The soft opening earlier this week included a packed house of local officials, the local construction team, friends and family, who all enjoyed a selection of authentic tacos and beverages. The Murillo family is thrilled to bring classy ambience and share the authenticity of Mexican food with the community.
Blue Cactus opened to the public Tuesday. People of all ages are welcome to try their premier Mexican food selection prepared by Chef Victor Conrique who graduated from UNIVA University. Their menu includes street tacos, burritos, chimichangas, seafood, and more.
Blue Cactus Tacos & Tequila Bar utilized local businesses for not only the architect work, but also the general contracting.
