Two New Downtown Midland Hotels Expected To Break Ground in 2026
Midland residents will continue to see downtown transform in 2026, as additional hotel rooms, parking, and retail and meeting space enter the next stage of development. These projects are the result of the collaborative efforts of the Midland Development Corporation (MDC), the City of Midland, and key local investors. Both hotels plan to open late 2027 or early 2028.
