    Walleye set to meet Wheeling in ECHL division finals

    CRANBERRY, Pa. — The Toledo Walleye have their next opponent for the second round of the ECHL Kelly Cup Playoffs, as the Wheeling Nailers defeated the Indy Fuel 4-2 on Saturday night at UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex, clinching the series four games to one.

    The Nailers now are set to take on the Walleye, who finished off a sweep of Kalamazoo on Friday, in the Central Division finals.

    Games 1 and 2 of the series will be at the Huntington Center this Friday and Saturday. Puck drop is set for 7:15 p.m. each night.

    The first road game of the series for Toledo will be Game 3 on Wednesday, May 8, at Wheeling. Game 4 is slated for Friday, May 10, at Wheeling, and Game 5 (if necessary) would be at Wheeling on Saturday, May 11.

    The final two games of the series, also if necessary, are back in Toledo on May 13 and 14.
