Morehouse College Student awards grant to Flint bookstore

City of Flint stops liens on active water accounts for residents
Flint, MI— The City of Flint has decided not to place property liens on active water accounts, rescinding impending notices recently sent to many residents. The City Treasurer is required by City of Flint Ordinance 46-50a to certify water and sewer charges delinquent for six months or more every April and start the lien process.
