God + Country Documentary To Show
At 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, a new documentary produced by Rob Reiner called “God + Country,” about the “Christian Nationalism” movement and its relationship to Christianity, will be shown in the Coronado Center for Performing Arts at the Coronado High School, 6th Street and D Avenue. The screening is a free, one-time event. It will be followed by a panel discussion led by Southwestern College’s World Religion professor, Peter Bolland, and featuring Coronado pastors Steve Mather of the Coronado Community Church and JT Greenleaf of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
