Search and rescue effort locates missing man
The Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office helped coordinate a search over the weekend after a 72-year-old man went missing with three dogs from the Seabrook area. The man was recovered approximately a day later with the dogs, suffering from hypothermia but alive, according to a social media post from the sheriff’s office.
Woman medevac’d after giving birth in transient camp
A 30-year-old woman was transported Monday afternoon to Harbor Regional Health after giving birth in the transient camp in Aberdeen. The call initially came in that the baby was not breathing, but was conscious and breathing by the time personnel arrived on scene, said Cmdr. Steve Timmons of the Aberdeen Police Department.
