Michigan and Ohio State are two of the many programs who have had their eyes on four-star Class of 2026 quarterback prospect Jonas Williams.

The 6-foot-3, 185-pounder of Lincoln-Way East High School in New Lenox, Illinois is currently listed by the 247Sports Composite as the No. 1 overall prospect in his class in the state of Illinois, the No. 8 quarterback and the No. 97th-ranked player for the 2026 recruiting cycle.

Williams, who currently holds offers from a number of prestigious programs in addition to Michigan and Ohio State that include Arkansas, LSU, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon and Tennessee, recently showed out at the OT7 Tournament event in a way that will only cause him to turn more heads.

Here's a look into some of his best highlights from the event, as well as where he stood in the top 10 performers throughout it:

Williams started his career at Bolingbrook before transferring to past two seasons at Bolingbrook Lincoln-Way East at then beginning of the year. He's experienced plenty of success to this point, recording for 2,950 yards and 31 touchdowns as a sophomore.

With more high school football ahead of him and an already solid foundation behind him this early on in his career, where Williams lands and his recruiting process will be something to keep watch over.
