Hallsboro Artesia Elementary School closing early due to stomach illness

COLUMBUS COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) - Hallsboro Artesia Elementary School is closing at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, June 1.
According to school officials, the closure is due to a stomach illness outbreak.
The school will also be closed on Friday.
