One killed, two injured in head-on crash

CRITTENDEN COUNTY, Ark. (KAIT) - A head-on collision Tuesday morning left two people seriously injured and one man dead.
According to Arkansas State Police, the crash happened at 8:20 a.m. May 23 on Highway 70 east of Shearerville.
ASP said 60-year-old Anthony Jackson of Colt was eastbound when his 2002 Honda Civic crossed the centerline and struck a westbound 2022 Honda CRV driven by 37-year-old Kamini P. Patel of Heth head-on.
Jackson suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
Patel and his passenger, 40-year-old Jennifer R. Dearmond of Colt, were taken to Regional One Health in Memphis with serious injuries.
