One dead in single-car crash in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO)-- Colorado Springs Police say a crash at the intersection of Research Parkway and Channel Drive was fatal.

The crash happened just after 10 P.M. Sunday. Investigators believe a driver drove off the road before crashing into a tree.

The identity of the driver has not been released.
