Dancing With The Local Stars Muskegon 2026 Review
Relive the magic of the 18th annual Dancing with the Local Stars Muskegon at the VanDyk Mortgage Convention Center! This year’s "Weekend in Black & White" brought the community together to raise record-breaking funds for over 30 local food pantries through the Women’s Division Chamber of Commerce. From the high-energy routines of the "Brothers Johnson" featuring WZZM 13’s Tanner Holbrook and Kolton Woods to the elegant, award-winning performances by "The Silhouettes" and "Fran and Her Royal Court," the talent on display was matched only by the generosity of the crowd.

K-Pocha serves up tasty Korean street food in Holland Twp.
K-Pocha remains a hot commodity at 12579 Felch St. in Holland Township, since opening in September 2025 . The brand opened an initial location in Traverse City before expanding to Holland. "Pocha" is a Korean word that refers to a type of outdoor food stall, and stems from the abbreviation of the Korean phrase "pojangmacha" which means "covered wagon." The eatery specializes in customizable corndogs (filled with cheese, beef, chicken or a vegetarian dog), bao buns, ramen, handcrafted drinks, wings, ice cream sundaes with bubble waffle cones, and a “tater-nado.” K-Pocha is currently open 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays-Saturdays and 12-7 p.m. Sundays. Shortly after the business opened, staffers Cassidey Kavathas, Mitchell Boatman and Adam Vander Kooy decided to try a handful of menu items ranging from sandwiches to token corndogs. Without further ado, here’s what we thought: Ramen Corn Dog w/Mozzarella Cheese Cassidey : Anything battered and filled with cheese is right up my alley. The ramen coating made for a perfect crunch. I was caught off guard by the sweetness, but overall enjoyed this. Mitchell : This was essentially a super-sized mozzarella stick with toppings, which is fun. The ramen adds a ton of crunch to each bite and

Laketown Township residents can learn how to use fresh herbs in their cooking during a free workshop March 14, according to a community announcement. The final session of the municipality's winter class series is scheduled for 10 a.m. at The Felt Estate’s Carriage House. Andy Rozendaal, director of Eighth Day Farm in Holland, will lead a presentation on culinary herb gardening. Cory Mitchell, from The Beard and The Gal, will offer tips on using herbs in the kitchen.
