The Columbia Basin recently experienced a welcome bout of rain over the past two days, providing much-needed moisture as we transition into the drier summer season. Some areas even saw a few thunderstorms yesterday, but the weather has since quieted down.

A slight chance for a sprinkle or two north of Sunnyside this evening with any and all thunderstorm activity to the northeast near Spokane.
