Possible Tornado Damage In Cedar Lake
Around 1:05 AM, Saturday morning, a line of storms hit most of the Region. At that same time RNS was monitoring radar for the area when we noticed a small notch and then a couplet of rotation just west of 41 approaching Cedar Lake at about 1:11 AM. Within 4 minutes of seeing that rotation a Tornado Warning was issued by the US National Weather Service Chicago Illinois.

Lafayette woman airlifted to Indianapolis hospital after 7-car crash on Indiana 26
LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Terry Pyatt of Lafayette and her GMC Acadia bore the brunt of a seven-car accident Thursday afternoon at Indiana 26 and Tippecanoe County Road 550 East. After the crash, Pyatt, 64, was airlifted to an Indianapolis hospital for her injuries and remained in critical condition Friday, according to a news release published by the Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Department.
