MONTGOMERY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects who were caught in the act of burglary. On November 30, a property owner south of Independence, Kansas reported to sheriff's officials they were watching on camera as two subjects were actively removing items from their property, according to Sheriff Ron Wade.

He was also charged with a second count of assault fourth degree domestic violence third or subsequent offense within five years.
