HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Football coaches form a small fraternity, but the Culicerto brothers come from a big football family and will be reunited this week in Institute. Vince Culicerto is the head coach at Shady Spring High school in Raleigh County and he’s the head coach for the South in the annual all star football game. His older brother Phil is his assistant at Shady and this week, they’ll be on the same sideline trying to lead the South to its first win over the North in seven years.
