Putnam County common pleas

Jeremy Detwiler, 31, Cloverdale, appeared for sentencing on charges of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was given a seven-month sentence in the Putnam County Jail, fined $375 and given a two-year operator's license suspension.

Dereck Butcher, 41, Bluffton, Ind., pleaded guilty to attempted felonious assault, a third-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and her bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for Oct. 23. The charge was amended from felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

Colleen Dunbar, 55, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to insurance fraud, a fifth-degree felony; and insurance fraud, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and her bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for Oct. 5.

William Brown, 38, Dayton, pleaded not guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, each a first-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Oct. 19 and bond was set at $250,000.

Gregory Harriger, 45, Ottawa, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault, a second-degree felony; and vandalism, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Oct. 5 and bond was set at $200,000.

Michele Loveday, 40, Deshler, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Oct. 19 and bond was set at $10,000.

Gregory Preston, 32, Cincinnati, pleaded not guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, each a first-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Oct. 19 and bond was set at $20,000.

Victor Garcia, 29, Leipsic, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Oct. 19 and bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
