Waterford students celebrate new garden
Waterford ― Oswegatchie Elementary School held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday for its new raised bed gardens. Each grade has two beds. During the ceremony singer Steve Elci performed while the fifth graders planted a Cloud 9 Flowering Dogwood tree in the middle of the new beds.
