Officers arrest wanted man at Cleveland apartment

CLEVELAND (WJW) – US Marshals arrested a wanted fugitive in Cleveland Wednesday.

Jaivon Williams, 22, was accused of evading law enforcement in a vehicle with his 2-year-old child.

Mystery “stench’ in local city solved, but days to fix

Williams was wanted by the Marshals on charges of trafficking firearms, according to a press release.

Marshals say Williams was arrested at an apartment in the 15000 block of Kipling in Cleveland.

The reward for his capture was $5,000.

According to a press release, police attempted a traffic stop on Williams on February 2 nd .

Police say Williams forced the mother of his child out of the car and then fled from police with the child.

Local man accused of being Sean Combs’ drug ‘mule’

Williams hit a tree, then left his child at a nearby home, a press release states.
