Northeast Ohio Monday weather forecast: Clouds, then sun, but no rain

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cooler weather has arrived in Northeast Ohio. Unfortunately, no rain followed with it.

Let’s focus on the positive. Weather conditions in the Cleveland area will be nearly ideal this week, with highs staying in the mid- to upper-70s and continued sunshine, according to the National Weather Service.

However, Monday will start with cloudy conditions before clearing in the afternoon. Highs will be in the upper 70s before dropping to the upper 50s overnight. Cloudy conditions are expected through the night.

The sunny days are expected to continue through Saturday, along with mostly clear to partly cloudy nights. High temperatures will drop back to the mid-70s on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before climbing to about 80 degrees on Saturday.

There is a 30% chance of showers Saturday night, increasing to 40% on Sunday. Expect mostly cloudy conditions Saturday and partly sunny skies on Sunday.
