Conneaut man fatally shot in Cleveland’s St. Clair-Superior neighborhood

CLEVELAND, Ohio - A 34-year-old Conneaut man died Tuesday after he was shot in Cleveland’s St. Clair-Superior neighborhood.

Joshua Kutscher was shot about 5:15 p.m. on Norwood Road, just south of Bonna Avenue, according to police and the office of the Cuyahoga County medical examiner. When police arrived, Kutscher was on the ground covered in blood. He was shot in the leg, according to a police report.

Paramedics administered first aid to Kutscher before they transported him to University Hospitals, where he was later pronounced dead.

Police have not made any arrests.
