Car collides with train in Tremont early Friday, 16-year-old girl sent to hospital

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A car collided with a train in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood early Friday morning.
The call about a collision at Quigley road and Clark Avenue came in at 3:47 a.m. Friday.
Witnesses say they saw the driver leave the scene.
The car was empty when EMS and police arrived on scene.
Officials say a 16-year-old girl was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center in serious condition.
Witnesses report two people being in the car at the time of the crash, but Cleveland EMS and police have not confirmed their condition.
The train was parked on the tracks when the car hit.
Police and EMS are on scene.
